Bio

Jack was one of the founding members of Enstar Communications Corporation, a rural cable television operator. Enstar Communications served 75,000 subscribers in several Southeastern and Midwestern states. At the time of Enstar's sale to Falcon, in 1988, six years after its inception, Jack was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Jack was responsible for acquisitions, debt financing and the operation of Enstar's cable television systems. Prior to joining Enstar in 1982, Jack was a Senior Consultant with Arthur Andersen & Company in the Management Information Consulting Division of that firm's Atlanta office. A native of Athens, Georgia, Jack attended the University of Georgia where he received a BBA in Accounting and a MBA in Finance.
