Mr. Mintz has been with the firm since 1997. Prior to joining JFLCO, Mr. Mintz was a member of the Private Equity Investment Group at Odyssey Partners, L.P. and served as a Vice President at Rosecliff, Inc., where he was involved in all aspects of the acquisition and management of several portfolio companies. He began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in the corporate finance department. He has served on the boards of many of JFLCO’s realized investments and currently is Chairman of Drew Marine. Mr. Mintz graduated magna cum laude from Duke University where he received his B.A. in Economics and Public Policy Studies and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
