Bio

Partner of CMEP. Joined CMEP as a transaction professional in 1998. Prior to joining CMEP, was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group in the Investment Banking Division of Bear Stearns & Co Inc. Prior to Bear Stearns, worked at Japonica Partners, a privately held leveraged investment firm. His role with CMEP is both transactional and operations-oriented. He has worked closely with the management teams of Beta Brands Incorporated, ICF Consulting Group Inc and Evans Consoles Inc on various strategic, financial and operating initiatives. Observer on the Board of Beta Brands Incorporated. BSc in Electrical Engineering and an AB in Business Economics from Brown University, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program (PMD).
