David Barbour

Bio

Has led the investments into Clipper Teas, Oxara Energy and RFIB Holdings. Was a lawyer and investment banker prior to joinging FF&P in January 2003. Was centrally involved in the July 2004 investment by FF&P into Resolution Life Group, a £415m equity transaction which resulted in a successful exit in September 2005 through a merger with Britannic plc. Joined the FF&P Private Equity team as a full time executive in December 2005. Prior to joining FF&P, was an investment banker with JP Morgan Chase and Rober Fleming. Joined Robert Fleming in 1995 after spending a year with UK cable company NTL. Sits on the Board of Clipper Teas Holdings and Oxara Energy and is an observer on the Board of RFIB Holdings. Qualified as a soliciter with Ashurst Morris Crisp.
