Matthew Strottman currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at In-Q-Tel. He is responsible for overseeing investment and portfolio analysis as well as managing corporate functions including finance, accounting, corporate operations, human resources, and security. Prior to his role as CFO, Mr. Strottman served as IQT’s Senior Director of Investment Analysis where he managed vetting and due diligence for all potential investments. He also served in a portfolio management role, tracking the financial performance and valuations of IQT’s investments. Mr. Strottman is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Friedman Billings Ramsey. During his time at FBR, Mr. Strottman executed public and private equity financing, merger and acquisition, restructuring, and venture capital transactions totaling over $3 billion. Mr. Strottman began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Los Angeles where he focused primarily on the real estate and technology industries.
