Established Investindustrial in 1990. Worked in mergers and acquisitions at both Lazard Frères & Co in New York and Kleinwort Benson in London. Previously been a non-executive Director of Inversiones Ibersuizas, a Madrid based private equity group and responsible for the monitoring of the Saffa industrial group investments in Europe and the US, which included acquisitions, disposals and fund raising. Speaks Italian, Spanish, French and English fluently. BSc in Business Administration from New York University.
