Bio

Kate has had a career that has spanned a variety of investment styles and stages – but has maintained a lifelong passion for helping management teams to accelerate growth. Her curiosity has led her to invest over the last decade across a wide range of industries, geographies, and investment types. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in London in corporate finance, before helping open the London office of NY-based Centerbridge Partners. After her MBA at Harvard Business School, she helped lead growth equity investments in digital consumer and fintech businesses at Palamon Capital. She is most excited by the opportunities for European businesses to scale globally driven by changing consumer and enterprise behaviours. She joined Sprints Capital as a Venture Partner in 2019.
