Kshitij has been instrumental in investing in E-Band Communications Corporation (www.e-band.com) and guided it from pre- revenue/ pre- product stage to achieving breakeven. The company is poised for successful completion of major OEM tests in the next few quarters and launch of its next generation products. He is on the Board of Directors of Gradatim, and is a Board Observer on Pelago, Inc., Sequans Communications and also has worked on execution of investment in Stoke Inc. He also was involved with the first investment of RVAM in the cleantech sector through its investment into All Green Energy. Kshitij brings with himself rich operational experience in diverse fields of finance ranging from strategy formulation, decision making, financial modeling, developing pricing models, operations research to product designing and studying market behaviour. His key strength lies in converting top level strategy into successful execution during a company's rapid growth stage.
