Patrick Lauria

Bio

Patrick Lauria joined the Lime Rock team in 2006 in a dual role as Tax Director and Assistant Counsel. As Tax Director, his responsibilities include fund tax structuring and compliance with respect to all tax matters affecting Lime Rock entities. In addition to his tax role, Mr. Lauria plays a key role in managing Lime Rock’s contract, regulatory, structure, and other legal needs. Based out of Lime Rock’s Westport, Connecticut office, he has over 23 years of experience, including his role as a tax manager at Gruss Asset Management, a New York based hedge fund company, and as a member of the hedge fund practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College (B.S.), Long Island University (M.S. in taxation), Touro Law School (J.D.), and Regent University (LL.M. in international taxation).
