Bio

Rajiv worked at Citi and H.I.G. Capital, where he was one of the youngest investment managers globally, before deciding to follow his passion for technology by joining Sprints Capital. Having worked with companies across different situations (some easy and some more challenging!), industries, cultures, governance – he brings to bear a wide perspective on what it takes to become an outlier success story as well as hopefully trying to avoid some of the pitfalls along the way.
