Bio
Yan co-founded NLVC in 2005 with Feng Deng. He has nearly 20 years of technical and managerial experience in network programming, and multi-processor communications. In 1997, Yan co-founded NetScreen Technologies with Feng, and served as its vice president and chief architect. After NetScreen was acquired by Juniper, Yan was appointed vice president of Juniper Networks, where his responsibilities included establishing the China R&D Center located in Beijing at Tsinghua Science Park. Prior to NetScreen, Yan was a senior software engineer at Cisco Systems and a senior software engineer at Hughes LAN Systems.
