After graduating in 2002, worked in various roles within Abbey's Financial Crime department before becoming a Senior Investigator and completing the International Compliance Associations, Certificate in Financial Crime. Following this, moved to work in Operational Risk for both Abbey and then Barclaycard whilst completing the International Certificate in Risk Management as a member of the IRM.
