Started his career developing network protocols for Microsoft before joining a venture backed startup in the telecommunications sector developing Dense Wave Division Multiplexing sub-systems before it was sold in 2003. At Cambridge based software startup Library House, managed the delivery of products and outsourced research for the Telecommunications Media Technology (TMT) sector for venture capital, private equity and corporate venturing fund mangers in Europe and United States. At CREATE, uses his broad business and technology background to identify new investments, and works closely with portfolio companies at CREATE During his doctoral studies at University of Cambridge, has co-authored and edited publications for academic journals, government departments and industry bodies including the Bank of England, DTI, HM Treasury and the BVCA.
