Alan Warrick joined LMP in 2010 as a Senior Advisor. Alan works closely with Lovell Minnick’s investment professionals and assists in deal sourcing, evaluation and due diligence and advises on corporate strategies in financial product distribution segment. Alan F. Warrick has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and he recently retired as a Managing Director for Strategic Business Development with AEGON USA. He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of Transamerica Worksite Marketing, a member of the AEGON Group and also served as Managing Director, Corporate Investment and Insurance Services of AEGON. During his 15 year tenure with AEGON, some of Alan’s accomplishments include the establishment of distribution relationships with major national and regional securities brokerage firms, the introduction of AEGON’s insurance products in the Chinese market, and the expansion of AEGON’s voluntary employee benefit programs to major mid-market and fortune 500 companies. Prior to his tenure with AEGON Mr. Warrick served in various executive positions with Merrill Lynch. Mr. Warrick holds a BA in economics from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Warrick is a native Arkansan and resides in Little Rock, Arkansas. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center.
