Alan Peters

Bio

Alan joined Cobalt in 2003 from Invesco Realty Advisors where he was Asset Management Coordinator. While at Invesco, Alan was responsible for the financial management of over nine million square feet of commercial properties owned by institutional clients. In addition to overseeing budgeting and reporting activities, Alan was responsible for developing and maintaining broker and third-party manager relationships in major markets throughout the U.S. Alan began his career as an accountant with both JPI and M&W Zander. He received a BBA degree from the University of North Texas.
