Director in the London office of HIG Capital covering both private equity and distressed investments. Joined HIG Capital from Gresham LLP where he was a Partner in the London Investment team focused on growth buyout and buy and build transactions in the UK lower mid market. Prior to Gresham, worked for the UK private equity teams of RBoS and Bridgepoint Capital. Has a total of eight years private equity experience in the UK lower mid market. Transaction experience includes the buy and build of 2e2 Group, the Public to Private of R.P. Martin and the MBO of Swift Technical Group. MSc in International Securities Investment & Banking from the ISMA Centre, Reading University and is a Member of the Securities Institute.
