Alejandro von der Pahlen

Bio

Mr von der Pahlen was engaged as an advisor to Candover in October 2002, with a brief to originate and transact deals in Spain and Portugal. Mr von der Pahlen has spent more than 20 years concentrating on these countries working as a senior corporate financier for Lehman Brothers, Credit Lyonnais and more recently Andersen Corporate Finance. Previously he worked for McKinsey in several European countries. He has dual German and Argentine citizenship. Mr von der Pahlen is based in Madrid. Mr von der Pahlen has an MBA from Columbia University as well as a Doctorate in Economics from Buneos Aires University.
