Anjali V. Jolly Anjali V. Jolly is a Vice President of Perseus. Prior to joining Perseus in 2005, Ms. Jolly worked at JPMorgan Partners (formerly Chase Capital Partners), where she focused on middle-market leveraged buyout and growth equity transactions. She was involved in all aspects of the investment process at JPMorgan Partners, including leading financial and operational diligence, participating in the negotiation and execution of transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies. Ms. Jolly has also worked in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and in the marketing department of L’Oreal Inc. Ms. Jolly serves on the Board of Directors of Pinacle Solutions UK Ltd., a Perseus portfolio company. Ms. Jolly holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Systems Engineering and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania (The Wharton School) where she graduated summa cum laude
