Mr. Guagliano is responsible for leading the execution and negotiation of certain Gores acquisitions and divestitures in the U.S. Prior to joining Moelis, Mr. Guagliano was an investment banker at UBS where he led the execution on a variety of assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt security underwritings, and other advisory assignments. Mr. Guagliano also previously worked as the Director of Finance at Nomadix, Inc and was an investment banker at DLJ. Prior to joining Gores, Mr. Guagliano was a Managing Director with Moelis & Company where he led the M&A execution for transactions across various industries including consumer and retail, media, healthcare, biotechnology and government services. Mr. Guagliano received his Bachelor of Arts, Honours Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
