Bio

Joined Compass Partners in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for all fund administrative and finance functions LP communications and reporting as well as taking an active role in structuring investments and sales. From 2003 to July 2005, was a controller at Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co, a New York based mid-market private equity firm. He also acted as interim CFO for a portfolio company, led several due diligence investigations of potential acquisition targets and performed various special projects at portfolio companies. Previously spent 15 years with the audit and transaction services groups of PricewaterhouseCoopers both in New York and Paris, where he provided a wide range of merger and acquisition services to both financial and strategic buyers, including business and financial due diligence, post merger integration analysis and purchase agreement negotiation assistance. Industry experience includes manufacturing, professional services, consumer products, automotive, retail and construction in the US, Europe and Asia. Fluent in French. Member of the DBM Board. CPA. Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St John`s University.
