Bio

Joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Principal. Prior to joining Silver Lake, worked as an investment professional at General Atlantic LLC, where he focused on private equity transactions across a wide range of industries including business services, information services, healthcare services, logistics, and engineering & construction services. Previously worked in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, focusing on M&A transactions for a number of companies in the North American insurance and financial services sectors. Also helped establish Morgan Stanley Advantage Services, Morgan Stanley’s Indian captive knowledge process outsourcing subsidiary, in Mumbai, India. Graduated from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University with a BS in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and Operations Management and was selected as an Andrew Carnegie Scholar. Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
