Aruna Sharma is a Senior Consultant at Pedersen & Partners in charge of the South India region. Ms. Sharma is also managing the Technology practice for Pedersen & Partners across India. Based in Hyderabad, Ms. Sharma has 16 years of experience in business operations involving business development, marketing, recruitment and key accounts management. In the course of her career she has worked with several international and local recruitment firms setting up operations and processes, growing and managing the firms’ business, leading large teams and all the while achieving high profitability and performance. Ms. Sharma was awarded Best Consultant twice and was recognized as top individual performer for Hyderabad Region across all practices. She has Master of Arts degree from the Mumbai University, and speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi and Telugu.
