Ben Cohen

Bio

Mr. Cohen supports FCP's investment activities as a Senior Analyst. In this role, he is responsible for industry and company specific research, preparing financial models, assisting in due diligence, drafting financing memoranda, and monitoring portfolio company performance. Mr. Cohen also leads FCP's deal origination team working to source and gather information on potential acquisition targets. In this role, his responsibilities include communication and correspondence with investment bankers, business brokers, company owners, and other deal sources. Mr. Cohen earned a B.S. degree in Finance from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
