Betsy Cook

Bio

Betsy's primary responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio company monitoring. She also works closely with Quantum’s portfolio companies on such activities as raising and structuring debt or additional equity, providing merger, acquisition and divestiture advice and executing commodity hedges. Prior to joining Quantum, Betsy was an Analyst at Greenhill & Co., in both the New York and Houston offices, where she was involved in mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions for clients engaged in a wide variety of industries. Before joining Greenhill, Betsy was an Analyst at JPMorgan in New York, where she focused on strategic advisory assignments for industrial companies. Betsy holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas, where she graduated summa cum laude
