Bio
Mr Fleischman was first associated with the law firm of Loeb and Loeb, and thereafter practiced with Manatt Phelps prior to launching his own law practice. While practicing law, Mr Fleischman served as a commissioner for various state bar committees, including the Client Security Fund (CSF) of which he was chairman. CSF reimburses aggrieved clients for up to $50,000 for losses incurred at the hands of disreputable attorneys. Mr Fleischman also served on the Judicial Nominees Evaluation Commission, which assists the governor in the appointment of judges to all levels of the State court system. From time to time, Mr Fleischman lectures at seminars for the continuing education of lawyers, including CEB programs for real estate sales and finance. In 1970, Mr Fleischman graduated from the School of Law at UCLA, having served as Note and Comment Editor for the UCLA Law Review.Career
