Bio

Bill Henderson has over 30 years of commercial banking experience, with a strong focus on middle market lending/credit in the California Central Valley. After 3 years at Union Bank, he became a commercial loan officer at Wells Fargo Bank and advanced to Executive Vice President and Division Head in the Central Valley. Headquartered in Fresno, he was responsible for all regional commercial banking offices, covering territory from Bakersfield to the Oregon border, Sonoma, Napa and Imperial counties. In 1997, Mr. Henderson assumed the additional territories of Arizona, Nevada and Utah. He was responsible for over $9 billion in loan commitments, which included the largest commercial bank ag portfolio in the United States. He had a medium 8-figure loan authority and managed the largest, fastest growing loan portfolio at Wells Fargo. Mr. Henderson led a division of 100+ sales and relationship management team members in strategic initiatives to achieve consistent deal generation and revenue growth year over year. Mr. Henderson served on the Board of Directors for the Fresno Metropolitan Museum Board and the Fresno State President’s Club. Currently, he serves on the Board for Rombauer Vineyards in St. Helena, CA and serves on the Board and chairs the audit committee for Ruiz Foods in Dinuba, CA. He received his BS from Montana State University and an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
