Bob Schulte is the chief financial officer of The Stephens Group, LLC. Partners rely on his ability to devise practical solutions to complex tax and accounting issues, enabling them to accomplish their economic objectives with minimal tax implications. Previously, he served the combined Stephens family’s organization as head of Corporate Accounting, and as vice president and treasurer of SF Holding Corp., formerly Stephens Group, Inc. He joined Stephens Inc. in 1983 after seven years with KPMG accounting firm in the Little Rock office where he was a senior manager in its tax practice. Since 1986, he has overseen the combined Stephens family’s tax and accounting matters, playing a role in almost every significant transaction in which the Stephens family has participated. Key projects include the acquisition of Donrey Media (now Stephens Media Group) in 1992 and the subsequent divestiture of its outdoor advertising division cable division and small market newspapers, and the acquisition of Gragg Field by Stephens Production Company in 2003. Mr. Schulte received a B.A. from Hendrix College and holds a CPA certificate.
