Brian DiLaura

Bio

Brian is co-founder and Managing Director of Atlas Peak Capital. He has been an active investor in private and public companies since 1998 and focuses primarily on investments in technology and technology-enabled sectors such as software, business services, information services, digital media and the Internet. Prior to founding Atlas Peak Capital, Brian was a Director at Saints Capital where he completed a number of private and public company transactions and represented the firm as a director of Alliance Global Services, Alliance Life Sciences, and KXEN and as an observer of CiDRA. Brian was previously President of Sextant Holdings Inc., a firm he founded to consult with and invest in private, U.S.-based expansion-stage companies. Prior to Sextant, Brian worked for General Atlantic, a global growth equity fund providing capital to companies driven by information technology and intellectual property. While there, Brian worked in their Greenwich, London and Palo Alto offices and focused on growth and buyout investments across the software and business services space. Brian began his career as a financial analyst with Morgan Stanley, working in their New York headquarters as part of the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring group. Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, with a major in Finance and Business Economics and a minor in Japanese.
