Bio

Mr. Stout joined SPC in 2000. He was previously a Vice President with Lombard Investments, a middle-market buyout firm. Mr. Stout’s experience also includes The Argosy Group and Kidder, Peabody & Co., where he specialized in leveraged finance. Mr. Stout serves as Chairman of Gilchrist & Soames, Inc., Good Source Solutions, Inc., and Insight Pharmaceuticals Corporation and is a Director of Border Foods, Inc., International Fiber Corporation, Lavo, Inc., and Prepared Meal Holdings, Inc., and is a past Director of Fleischmann Vinegar Co., and Santa Cruz Nutritionals. He received an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA degree from Vanderbilt University.
