Works as Head of Finance and Compliance. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, London (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). Experience is extensive and involves several years as head of finance for RIT Capital Partners plc and St James’s Place Capital plc. Was Group Finance Director at Johnson Fry Holdings plc whereupon she was instrumental in the reorganisation of the Group and the subsequent sale to Legg Mason Inc. Chartered Accountant.
