Charles Schroeder

Bio

Charles L. Schroeder is a Founder and Managing Partner of Northstar Capital, LLC. Charlie has wide-ranging experience as a senior lender and private equity investor with special strengths in marketing, business development, and credit analysis. He is responsible for all aspects of investment management at Northstar and coordinates the referral marketing and credit processes of the General Partner. Prior to founding Northstar Capital, LLC, Charlie served as Investment Manager at Churchill Capital, Inc. He also has previous experience as an account executive and investment advisor at Salomon Brothers, Inc. (London) on the equity futures and options desk and as a senior lender at Citibank, N.A. in the ship finance group. Charlie received a B.A. from Reed College and an M.A. from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is on the Advisory Board of the Annual Symposium on Mezzanine Finance.
