Bio

Charlie, who has over 20 years of private equity experience, joined Ampersand's predecessor in 1985 and has been a director of more than ten companies. He was formerly a systems engineer and manufacturing specialist at Hewlett-Packard. Kortec, RAND Worldwide. Prior board seats include: Endeca, K-TEK, Kroy Building Products, Moldflow, Nuvex, Ortho Organizers, Protient, Sierra Concrete Charlie holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Management, both from MIT.
