Cheryl L. Klem is responsible for organizational and leadership development of Buchanan including: recruiting, training, and employee relations as well as overseeing human resources administration, corporate marketing and events. Ms. Klem has more than 20 years of experience as an organization development and human resources professional and she is passionate about serving the backbone of Buchanan Street Partners – its people Ms. Klem serves as Program Director on the Board of Directors for Buchanan Children’s Charities Ms. Klem holds a vocational education teaching credential from California State University, Long Beach and is currently attending Vanguard University earning a degree in Psychology.
