Christopher Kocourek

Bio

Christopher J. Kocourek is a Portfolio Investment Manager at Northstar Capital, LLC. He is involved in portfolio company management and investment origination activities at Northstar. Prior to joining Northstar Capital, LLC, Chris served as a Director for Lazard Middle Market (f/k/a Goldsmith Agio Helms), where he advised both private and public companies in a broad range of corporate finance transactions and advisory assignments. During his career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand, LLC and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Chris developed a comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and gained extensive experience in analyzing and evaluating the accounting systems and internal control structures of his clients. Chris received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
