Christopher Olsen is a Managing Director with Milestone Advisors LLC that focuses on serving bank and thrift clients in the Southeast United States. Before joining Milestone, Mr. Olsen was with Hovde Financial, an investment banking firm that specializes in advising financial institutions. While at Hovde, Mr. Olsen served as a Vice President with responsibility for the firm’s Southeast U.S. Bank and Thrift advisory practice. Prior to Hovde, Mr. Olsen was with First Annapolis Consulting, a management consulting and financial advisory firm that focuses on the financial services, payments, and financial technology sectors. Mr. Olsen has also worked in the Financial Institutions Group of Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. Collectively, Mr. Olsen has advised on over 40 completed merger and acquisition transactions with transaction values as large as $4 billion. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration, with concentrations in Banking and Finance, from The George Washington University.
