Chuck Flynn

Bio

Mr. Flynn joined Bregal in 2004 from Deutsche Asset Management, the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank, a leading global financial service provider, where he was Global Head of the Private Equity Funds Group. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Flynn worked at the AXA Group, a worldwide leader in financial protection and wealth management, where he founded and managed its €1 billion global private equity fund of funds business. His investment experience also includes developing investment fund joint ventures for Den norske Bank, Norway's largest financial services firm; arbitrage investing for First City Financial; and leveraged buyout work for Kelso & Company in New York. Before entering the investment field, Mr. Flynn worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company. Mr. Flynn received a BS in Business Management from the University of California at Berkeley, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He received a MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
