Bio

Has over 20 year’s experience of leading and developing entrepreneurial enterprises. In the 1980s, founded two award winning television production companies and went on to establish an arts centre specialising in incubating startup creative businesses. During the mid to late 1990s founded, built and sold a University of Birmingham spin-out company and prior to joining E-Synergy was Managing Director of Middlesex University Innovations, a division of the University with 65 employees (direct reports), £6.5m revenues (2004/05) and eight spin-out companies. Member of the Licensing Executives Society and a fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of the Arts, Manufactures &.Commerce. Fine art degree, MBA from the University of Nottingham and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
