Bio

Over twenty years of direct private equity as well as fund selection and quoted securities experience. Prior to joining Keyhaven, was employed as Executive Director of Danske Private Equity with responsibilities including co-managing and building Danske's private equity practice. Previous positions include Founding Managing Director of Richmond Capital Ltd, a niche investment bank focused primarily on M&A transactions in Northern Europe, and responsibility for the overall management of a European family office. Served as CFO of FL Smidth & Cia Espanola (a global manufacturer of cement factories based in Madrid, Spain), and as a consultant with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture). Fluent in English, Danish, Spanish, Norwegian, and Swedish and speaks conversational French and German. Served as Chairman and/or board member of more than 30 private and public companies in Europe and the United States over the course of his career. BS in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School. Executive MBA cum laude from Instituto de Impresa, Madrid.
