Joined Palamon Capital Partners in February 2000, became a Partner in January 2002, and in 2007 was appointed to the Operating Committee. Is a Dutch national fluent in English with a working knowledge of Spanish, French and German. Came to Palamon with six years experience in management consulting with McKinsey & Co, having worked in the UK, the US, the Netherlands and Belgium. MSc in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. MBA from INSEAD.
