Bio

Dan Moore has over 25 years experience in managing private and public companies, arranging financing transactions and negotiating business arrangements and investments. Prior to founding Longstreet Mr. Moore was COO of Price Interactive, a communication services business, CEO of SSE Telecom, a publicly traded satellite earth station systems business, Co-Founder and General Partner of Venture America, the region’s first early state venture capital firm. He has actively worked with companies including Discovery Communications, Echostar Communications, Alcatel, Digital Fusion Inc. and DynCorp, several of which have been acquirers or investors in companies that he has worked with or managed. Mr. Moore began his career at Arthur Andersen. He received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and his B. A. from Lafayette College.
