Prior to joining Wedbush Capital in 2006, Dan was chief financial officer of DynaFund Ventures. His responsibilities at DynaFund included directing the firm's entire financial affairs and actively assisting the portfolio companies with financial and operational issues. Dan also worked closely with DynaFund’s managing directors to establish strategy and vision in support of investment decisions, including due diligence, term sheet review, capitalization structures and post-investment portfolio company monitoring.
