Principal of Bridge Equity Partners. Prior to joining Bridge Equity, he spent eight years as the Chief Operating Officer or Chief Financial Officer of middle market professional service companies including Kleinfelder Inc, a 1,500 person engineering company and O'Neal Communications Group Inc. Prior to that he worked for CareLine Inc, a publicly traded "industry consolidator" doing mergers and acquisitions. Mr Anderson started his career as a CPA for Price Waterhouse in the Los Angeles region. His operational responsibilities have included strategic planning, operational analysis, financial management, risk management, and acquisition negotiation, analysis, and integration. Mr Anderson has developed and been an instructor for seminars and has taught various, strategy, accounting, and finance courses at the University of California, San Diego and Riverside campuses. Mr Anderson has a BS in Business Administration (accounting) with honors and an MBA from the University of California, Riverside. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and is a level three candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst program (CFA). Mr Anderson was recognized by the University of California, Riverside as the recipient of the 2001 "Outstanding Young Alumnus" for his professional achievements.
