Bio

Prior to joining CHB, Dave was an independent consultant providing interim financial management services in the telecommunications, leasing, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Dave spent fifteen years in mid- to senior-level financial management positions in the capital equipment finance industry, ten years at Capital Associates and five years at Systems Marketing. His experience includes strategic planning and budgeting; financial reporting, auditing, and accounting operations; business process re-engineering; finance; and operations. Dave began his career as a management consultant with Ernst & Whinney, and spent five years in internal auditing and systems development at the Los Alamos National Laboratory Mr Dave graduated with Departmental honors from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He has been a licensed CPA since 1981
