Bio

David B. Lentz, 42, is a Managing Director of GCP and President and Chief Executive Officer of American Land Lease, Inc. He joined GCP as Vice President, Acquisitions, in June 2003. From April 1996 to March 2001, Mr. Lentz was an Associate and later Director of Development with Mosbacher Power Group, LLC, a global developer, owner, and operator of electric power generation plants based in Houston, Texas. At Mosbacher, Mr. Lentz managed projects under development in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Previously, Mr. Lentz worked as a Financial Analyst in the Upstream Corporate Finance Group at Enron Capital & Trade Resources, where he structured and modeled financial transactions for energy producers, including debt and equity private placements, public equity offerings, balance sheet restructurings, and leveraged buyouts. He is a member of the Board of Advisors for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Real Estate and a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Manufactured Housing Communities Council. Mr. Lentz holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
