David A Freeman

Bio

David A. Freeman is a founding member of Ferrer Freeman & Company, LLC. Prior to creating FFC, he was a Managing Director at JP Morgan with responsibilities in Global Health Care Investment Banking and for JP Morgan's Private Equity investment activity in the Health Care industry. He has nearly 20 years of dedicated health care investment banking and principal investing experience. He serves on the Board of Directors of Biotix, Inc. and National Surgical Hospitals, Inc., and is the Chairman of the Board of Ernest Health, Inc., Webmedx, Inc. and Amerita, Inc. He graduated from Washington & Lee University.
