Bio

Mr. Johnston has over 25 years of experience with middle market companies. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 2008 as a member of the operating team, Mr. Johnston has been involved in investment management activities. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Johnston was Vice President of the Custom Business Solutions Group, a division of North American Corporation, from 1997 to 2008. From 1996 to 1997 he was a director with the Products Industry Consulting practice of Price Waterhouse. From 1988 to 1995 he was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice, specializing in middle market manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies. Prior to 1988, he was employed in Arthur Andersen’s audit and accounting practice. A Florida native, Mr. Johnston holds a BS degree from the University of Florida, an MBA from Florida International University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
