David Hall, a senior managing director with Wilshire Associates, heads up Wilshire Equity Analytics, which provides the only complete global equity portfolio management analytic solution to meet the rigorous demands of today’s investor. Mr. Hall, who also serves on the Wilshire Associates Board of Directors, joined Wilshire in 2005 and previously led a team of professionals responsible for all relationship management functions of Wilshire Funds Management. With more than 25 years experience, Mr. Hall is an accomplished financial services executive with an in-depth knowledge of the investment community and its array of strategies, products and services. Prior to joining Wilshire, Mr. Hall was President and CEO of Plexus Group, an investment consulting firm specializing in transaction cost analysis. He also headed institutional and international marketing for the Chicago Board Options Exchange from 1989 to 1996. He received his BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
