David M Gibson

Bio

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Gibson was a Senior Vice President - Operations and Business Development at Central Resources, Inc., an independent oil and gas company. Mr. Gibson brings to Carlyle over 35 years of oil and gas industry expertise in reservoir engineering, energy reserve base lending, year end reserve reports, operations, drilling and corporate management. His expertise has been developed from positions with a major, independent, reserve consultant and energy lender with projects across the conventional and unconventional reserves and operations in Canada, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, South America and the United States. Mr. Gibson graduated with a B.S. in petroleum engineering from Marietta College.
