Has been with CD&R for 13 years. Co-led negotiations in the Firm’s public-to-private acquisition of Brakes. Previously, worked in the private equity and investment banking divisions of Morgan Stanley and for the Central European Development Corporation, a private equity investment firm. Lead financial partner responsible for BCA and Rexel, as was for Jafra until its sale to Vorwerk & Co. in 2004. Currently a member of the supervisory board of Rexel and a director of BCA. Graduate of Amherst College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
