Bio
Mr Baum founded two technology companies and brings to Prism over eight years of operational experience in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining Prism, he served as a venture capitalist and investment management consultant, both independently and with Charles River Ventures, where he focused on Internet and data communications investment strategies. Mr Baum founded and served as Vice President of Engineering at Pensoft Corporation, a venture-backed mobile communications company, which was sold to AT&T in 1994. He also established Strategic Solutions Systems, a software consulting company. Mr Baum is an active member of the MIT Enterprise Forum, which promotes the formation and growth of innovative and technologically oriented companies through a series of specialized executive education programs, and Common Angels, a group of 50 of Boston's leading private investors. Mr Baum holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Computer Science from Drexel University, where he graduated first in his class.Career
